I My work explores the intersection of light, movement, and emotion—how color and form evoke a
visceral response. Through resin sculpture, alcohol ink paintings, and abstract acrylic weaves on paper, I
experiment with transparency, texture, and rhythm to capture fleeting sensations and internal states.
I studied at the School of Visual Arts, where I was fortunate to study with Bob Stanley and serve as an
artist-in-residence. I continued my studies at the National Academy School with Dan Gheno, and at the
Art Students League of New York, where I learned from a range of accomplished artists who helped
shape my art and deepen my visual vocabulary. Recently, I was Artist in Residence at the Art Ovation
Hotel in Sarasota.
Today, my focus remains on the emotive power of light and color—how they shift, shimmer, and
interact to suggest movement and energy, stillness and change. Each piece is a meditation on
perception, memory, and the sensory experience of being present.mage and statement.
