I paint several of my pieces upside-down to access my right brain ( the creative side) and keep the linear side of my brain quiet.  This technique has the

faces in my pieces appear unbalanced or distorted from reality a bit. I find that it tends to make a viewer look twice at my art. I believe that shared joy is double joy.
