OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

NEW MEMBER APPLICATIONS are accepted between February 1 and March 31 of each year.

To apply for membership in WCA, email the following items to: membershipwcartists@gmail.com

• Your full name, address, email address, phone number (including area code) and website (if you want it included on your Members Gallery page)
• A headshot photo of yourself. The image should be in jpg format, high resolution. You may supply a vertical or horizontal format with a background of your choice.
• A 150 to 250 word artist statement about your inspiration, media and technique. If you are a Digital Creator (using AI or other computer based programs to enhance or create your artwork) please explain your process within your statement.  This can be submitted in the body of an email or as an MS Word Doc, PDF, Google Docs or Apple Pages file.
• No more than 10 digital images of your recent artwork in jpg format. Images should be labeled: Lastname_ Firstname_titleofimage.jpg). Please supply cropped, unframed without reflections,  high resolution images of your work.
• Annual membership dues are $70.00 and should be paid when submitting your application. See the payment instructions below.

CURRENT MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS are accepted between February 1 and March 31 of each year. Annual dues are $70.00 (if paying via Zelle $70.50 to cover processing fee). See the payment instructions below. 

PAYMENT PROCESS

To pay online using Zelle, use the QR code below or go to your bank's website and look for Transfers and Payments. Find the option to pay with Zelle and follow the instructions on the website. Your payment should be for $70.50 (to cover the processing fee) and sent to 1wca.2024@gmail.com

To pay by check, send a check payable to WCA for $70.00 to:

Zelle payments must be received and checks postmarked by midnight on the due date.
