I am a collage artist. I've been studying since 2000, taking more than 15 workshops and several ongoing classes in collage and mixed media over the past 5 years.I am inspired by the environment, and my perspective on "seeing" has changed since I started making collages. Almost anything made of paper is fodder for collage -- newspaper, magazines, hand-made resource papers, old books, wrapping paper, etc. Collage entails playing with shapes/colors/images/papers and moving them around until  you are pleased with the result. Voila! Then you glue it all down. I prefer to work on surfaces no larger than 20 x 20,  My work is both e representational and abstract, depending on what inspires me.
