Sande Hartnett

My work explores the tactile beauty of fiber, found objects and mixed media through
sculptural and wall-hanging pieces. I’m drawn to the process of weaving undulating
lines that flow organically, creating intricate forms and deliberate negative space. Each
piece is a reflection of my hands-on intuitive approach, rooted in curiosity, joy and a
deep connection to materials. My work is approachable and accessible, resonating
with a wide range of audiences. It celebrates imperfection, movement, and a hidden
potential in everyday materials.
